1. General
By booking on our website, you confirm your stay.
A deposit of 25% of the total cost of your stay is payable at the time of booking.
The balance is payable 30 days before the date of arrival.
With this confirmation, you agree to the conditions below. 2. Modification, cancellation
From the moment your reservation is confirmed, it cannot be modified (except in the case of a change in the number of passengers) or cancelled free of charge, except in special cases (see “cancellation conditions”). 3. Your arrival at Aux Tilleuls / Availability of accommodation
On the date of arrival, the accommodation is available from 3:00 p.m.
On the date of departure, please vacate the accommodation by 11:00 a.m.
Reception is open from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
After this time, and without any news from you, your reservation will be cancelled and fully charged.
4. Responsibility
“Des Tilleuls” cannot be held responsible for loss, theft and/or damage or injury to property or persons on the property, regardless of the cause.
Children remain the responsibility of their parents. 5. Miscellaneous
Pets are not allowed.
The property is strictly non-smoking.
Parties are not permitted. 6. Payment
On our website, you can make your payment by bank transfer.
7. Deposit
For your medium and long stays, a deposit of 500 € will be required – The deposit check will not be cashed and will be returned to you at the end of your stay.
8. Rules and regulations
By booking, the traveller acknowledges acceptance of the property’s rules and regulations. This will be sent to him on request.
9. Cancellation policy
Your booking may be cancelled under special conditions; postponement of the trip for health reasons, deterioration of the health situation linked to Covid …. 10. Tourist tax
Please note that a tourist tax of €1.00 per adult (over 18) per night applies to all stays on our site.
This tax is directly forwarded to the municipality to finance tourism-related expenditures, environmental protection and improvements to local infrastructure. It is not included in the room rate and will be added to your final bill. Payment of this tax is mandatory and constitutes an additional condition for the acceptance of your reservation.
