This is why tourist routes have been set up to let you experience the history of our region through the discovery of its white, ros\u00e9 and red wines, not forgetting its cr\u00e9mant de Bourgogne.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Four geographic areas are listed:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Chablisien is known for its elegant dry white wines and their recognizable minerality.<\/li>\n<li>The C\u00f4te de Nuits, from Marsannay to Corgoloin, mostly planted with pinot noir, has about thirty appellations with villages with prestigious names (Gevrey-Chambertin, Vosne-Roman\u00e9e, Nuits-Saint-Georges, Chambolle-Musigny, Vougeot) and illustrious crus (Roman\u00e9e-Conti, Chambertin, Musigny&#8230;).<\/li>\n<li>The C\u00f4te de Beaune, from Ladoix-Serrigny in the north to Chagny in the south, is the paradise of &#8220;great whites&#8221;, with famous crus such as Corton-Charlemagne, Meursault, Montrachet&#8230;, but it also offers very beautiful red wines, first of all the great crus of Corton, Pommard or Volnay.<\/li>\n<li>The C\u00f4te Chalonnaise, between Chagny and Saint-Gengoux-le-National, offers white and red wines of good quality (Rully, Mercurey, Givry, Montagny).
