By making your reservation on our site, you confirm your stay.
\nA deposit of 25% of the total amount of your stay is required at the time of booking.
\nThe balance is to be paid 30 days before the arrival date.

2. Modification, cancellation<\/strong><\/h2>\n

From the moment your reservation is effective, it cannot be modified (except for a change in the number of travelers) or cancelled without charge except in special cases (see “cancellation conditions”).<\/p>\n

3. Your arrival at Les Tilleuls \/ Availability of accommodation<\/strong><\/h2>\n

On the date of arrival, the accommodation is at your disposal from 15:00.
\nOn the date of departure, we kindly ask you to release it by 11:00 am.
\nThe reception is provided from 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm. After this time, and without any news from you, your reservation will be cancelled and fully charged.<\/p>\n

4. Responsibility<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Des Tilleuls” will not be held responsible for any loss, theft and\/or damage or injury to property or persons on the property, regardless of the cause.

7. Security deposit<\/strong><\/h2>\n

For medium and long stays, a security deposit of \u20ac500 will be required – The security cheque, which will not be cashed, will be returned to you at the end of your stay.<\/p>\n

8. Rules of procedure<\/strong><\/h2>\n

By booking, the traveler acknowledges that he\/she accepts the internal rules of the property. This will be sent to him on request.<\/p>\n

9. Cancellation conditions<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Your reservation can be cancelled according to particular conditions; postponement of the trip for health reasons, deterioration of the sanitary situation linked to the Covid ….<\/p>\n

10. Tourist tax<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Please note that a tourist tax of \u20ac1.00 per adult (over 18) per night applies to all stays on our site. This tax is directly forwarded to the municipality to finance tourism-related expenditures, environmental protection and improvements to local infrastructure. It is not included in the room rate and will be added to your final bill.
